            and Planning Codes; to affirm the Planning Department’s determination under the California
            Environmental Quality Act; and to make findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the

            the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development to report to the Board of Supervisors the
            following data on a yearly basis: number of applicants applying under Certificate of Preference,
            Owner Move-In preference, Ellis Act preference, and Neighborhood preference; District where the
            applicant is currently residing; District where the affordable housing unit is located; if the applicant is
            selected through the lottery; if the unit was purchased or rented; and any other pertinent information.
