Captain Teresa Ewins, Commander of the Tenderloin Station, and Police Commissioner Victor Hwang shared in the commendation. Supervisor Yee presented a Proclamation declaring October 20, 2015, Jumpstart Day in San Francisco in recognition of Jumpstart’s commitment to early education and grade-level literacy in San Francisco and nationwide.
