       Amending the Planning Code to Require Conditional Use Authorization for All
       Residential Mergers (File No. 150494)]
            Sponsors: Avalos; Campos
            Resolution extending by 60 days the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may
            render its decision on an Ordinance (File No. 150494) amending the Planning Code to require
            conditional use authorization for all residential mergers and to require compliance with
            landscaping and permeable surfaces requirements for building additions and residential mergers;
            affirming the Planning Department’s California Environmental Quality Act determination; and
            making Planning Code, Section 302, findings, and findings of consistency with the General Plan,
