            Motion directing the Clerk of the Board to prepare findings relating to the Board of Supervisors'
            decision to disapprove the Tentative Map for a four-lot subdivision located at 40 Bernal Heights
            Boulevard, Assessor's Block No. 5640, Lot No. 010. (Clerk of the Board)
            Supervisor Campos, seconded by Supervisor Kim, moved that this Motion be CONTINUED to the
            Board of Supervisors meeting of October 20, 2015. The motion carried by the following vote:
