The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 11 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Christensen, Cohen, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Tang, Wiener, Yee President Breed introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Alicia John-Baptiste of the Municipal Transportation Agency in recognition of her many accomplishments and service with the City and County of San Francisco. Supervisors Avalos, Kim, Wiener, and Cohen shared in the commendation. Supervisor Yee introduced, welcomed, and presented a Proclamation to Olivia Scanlon, Legislative Aide, Office for District 7, in recognition of her many accomplishments and service with the City and County of San Francisco at the Board of Supervisors, and declaring September 22, 2015, as Olivia Scanlon Day.
