There was a quorum. COMMUNICATIONS There were no communications. Supervisors Farrell, Tang, and Yee Excused from Attendance Supervisor Christensen, seconded by Supervisor Cohen, moved that Supervisors Farrell, Kim, Tang, and Yee be excused from today's meeting. Before the roll was called on the motion, Supervisor Kim was noted present at 9:37 a.m. President Breed stated the motion was out of order and asked for a new motion to excuse Supervisors Farrell, Tang, and Yee. Supervisor Campos, seconded by Supervisor Avalos, moved that Supervisors Farrell, Tang, and Yee be excused from attending today's meeting.
