       Green Benefit District]
            Public Hearing to consider establishment of a property-based assessment district to be known as
            the Dogpatch & Northwest Potrero Hill Green Benefit District, pursuant to the California Property
            and Business Improvement District Law of 1994 (Streets and Highways Code, Sections 36600, et
            seq.) and City and County of San Francisco Business and Tax Regulations Code, Article 15A.
            (Clerk of the Board)
            The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Committee
            of the Whole relating to File No. 150795. Supervisor Cohen provided opening remarks. Jonathan
            Goldberg (Public Works) provided an overview of the proposed Dogpatch & Northwest Potrero Hill
            Green Benefit District. Susan Eslick; Jean Pogiages; Bruce Huey; Brook Gray-Smith; Walter
            Paulson; Tony Kelly; Joe Bosche; Scott Wilkinson; Cary Lancey; spoke in support of the green
            benefit district. There were no speakers in opposition to the green benefit district. There were no
            other speakers. The President declared public comment closed, declared the public hearing
            closed, adjourned as the Committee of the Whole, and reconvened as the Board of Supervisors.

            Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of Public Works dated June 25, 2015,
            approving a Tentative Map for a 91 residential unit and 1 commercial unit mixed-use new
            construction condominium project at 645 Texas Street, Assessor's Block No. 4102, Lot No. 026.
            (District 10) (Appellant, Marilyn Muratore) (Filed July 6, 2015). (Clerk of the Board)
            The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board.
            Supervisor Cohen provided opening remarks. David Inlow (Appellant) provided an overview of the
            appeal and further requested the Board to approve the appeal. Walter Paulson; spoke in support
            of the appeal. Bruce Storrs, City Surveyor, and Elizabeth Watty (Planning Department) provided
            an overview of the decision of Public Works. Alexis Pelosi and Jessie Stewart (Project Sponsor)
            provided an overview of the project and further requested the Board to uphold the decision of
            Public Works. Josei Carrolls; spoke in support of the project and in opposition to the appeal.
            David Inlow (Appellant) provided a rebuttal and further requested the Board to approve the appeal.
            There were no other speakers. The President declared the public hearing closed.
