There was a quorum. COMMUNICATIONS Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board, informed the Board of Supervisors that she was in receipt of a communication from Supervisor David Campos informing the Board of his absence and requesting to be excused from today’s meeting. There were no other communications. Supervisor Campos Excused from Attendance Supervisor Farrell, seconded by Supervisor Wiener, moved that Supervisor Campos be excused from attending today’s meeting.
