            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by

            Supervisor Cohen introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Commissioners
            Angela Jenkins and LaTonia Dixon of the San Francisco Veteran’s Commission and Diana
            McDaniel of the Friends of Port Chicago in recognition of their efforts to bringing awareness and
            remembrance of the Port Chicago Disaster and their ongoing advocacy on behalf of the survivors
            of the incident.
