We must do everything we can to increase our housing stock at all levels of affordability and it is our duty as legislators to make this happen. District 3 is the densest district in our city with few opportunity sites for new housing. It is important that we balance this growth in a manner that retains our neighborhood character and vibrant corridors. What can the Mayor’s Office do to expand housing opportunities throughout District 3 - to include our low and middle income residents, as well as our seniors?
