            Order of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion

            Supervisor Farrell introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Mark Youngkin,
            Jan Monaghan, and Julie Cheever of the Presidio Restoration Advisory Board in recognition of
            their accomplishments and continued community support.

            Supervisors Wiener and Tang introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to
            Mayor Frida, a pet Chihuahua, and Dean Clark, guardian, in recognition of their successful bid on
            the Animal Care & Control auction item "Your Pet is Mayor for the Day."
