            Sponsors: Avalos; Campos, Mar and Kim
            Resolution authorizing negotiation of a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Richmond to
            establish a Homeownership Stabilization Authority to assist homeowners with troubled mortgages.
            Supervisor Avalos, seconded by Supervisor Farrell, moved that this Resolution be AMENDED, AN
            AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING NEW TITLE. The motion carried by the following vote:
               Ayes: 11 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Chiu, Cohen, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Tang, Wiener, Yee

            Resolution urging the City and County of San Francisco to support the reconvening of a
            multidisciplinary Domestic Violence Death Review Team to conduct an in-depth review of domestic
            violence-related fatalities; make recommendations to strengthen system policies and procedures,
            if needed; and identify additional prevention strategies to prevent future incidents of domestic
            violence-related injuries and deaths.
            Supervisor Mar requested to be added as a co-sponsor.
