            multidisciplinary Domestic Violence Death Review Team to conduct an in-depth review of domestic
            violence-related fatalities; make recommendations to strengthen system policies and procedures,
            if needed; and identify additional prevention strategies to prevent future incidents of domestic
            violence-related injuries and deaths.
