            Supervisor Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to (former
            Member of the Board of Supervisors) Susan Leal, Vice President (Airport Commission), in
            recognition of her countless accomplishments and exceptional public service to the City and County
            of San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. Supervisors Melgar, Sherrill, Dorsey, and Fielder shared
            in this commendation.
