SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Without objection, Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order for the Board of Supervisors was suspended to
            grant privilege of the floor to the following guest(s).


            Supervisor Walton introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Taras Madison
            (Adult Probation Department) on the occasion of her retirement after 27 years with the City and
            County of San Francisco and in recognition of her exceptional public service. Supervisor Melgar
            shared in this commendation. Chief Cristel Tullock (Adult Probation Department) provided additional
            commending remarks.

            Supervisor Chen introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Teresa Almaguer
            (PODER SF) in honor of Latinx Heritage Month and in recognition of her more than 25 years
            organizing immigrant families and youth to nurture leadership and build community power.

            Supervisor Sauter introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Four Kings,
            accepted by Franky Ho, Mike Long, Millie Boonkokua, and Lucy Liu, in recognition of their delicious
            Cantonese cuisine while providing an exceptional service experience.

            Supervisor Wong introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the delivery team for
            Cielle Ray, including Katie Higgins, Octavio Rubio, Cristina DeBaise, Brian Ingram, and Emilio
            Penate, in recognition of their heroic efforts helping to safely deliver baby Cielle during the
            September 19, 2026, traffic incident in Golden Gate Park. Supervisor Chen shared in this
            commendation. Chief Dean Crispen (Fire Department) provided additional commending remarks.

            Supervisor Mahmood introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Liz
            Jackson-Simpson, Chief Executive Officer (Success Centers SF), in honor of her more than 45
            years of service and leadership in San Francisco and advocacy of workforce development and
            juvenile justice. Supervisor Walton shared in this commendation.

            Supervisor Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Jenny Louie
            (Department of Public Health) on the occasion of her retirement after more than two decades of
            service and leadership with the City and County of San Francisco and in recognition of her many
            accomplishments improving the lives of all San Franciscans. Daniel Tsai, Director (Department of
            Public Health), provided additional commending remarks.
