260873 [Transbay Under Ramp Park Project - Oscar Alley - Street Vacation and
       Conveyance, Sidewalk Width Changes, Acceptance of Public Sidewalk Easement,
       Acceptance of Traffic Signals]
            Sponsors: Dorsey; Mandelman
            Ordinance taking various actions related to the Transbay Under Ramp Park Project, including
            affirming the determination of the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure under the
            California Environmental Quality Act related to the actions in this Ordinance; ordering the summary
            street vacation of portions of Oscar Alley bounded by Tehama, Clementina, 1st, and 2nd Streets that
            were not previously vacated; finding the street vacation area is not necessary for the City’s use and is
            exempt surplus property under the California Surplus Land Act; quitclaiming the City’s interest in the
            street vacation area to the Transbay Joint Powers Authority (“TJPA”) for a nominal fee; waiving the
            appraisal requirement of Administrative Code, Chapter 23, in connection with the conveyance of the
            street vacation area; amending Ordinance No. 1061, entitled “Regulating the Width of Sidewalks,” to
            narrow the sidewalk widths on Folsom Street between Essex and 2nd Streets and on Clementina
