            settlements between $25,000 and $100,000 to the Board of Supervisors and the Mayor; increase the
            amount the Board of Supervisors delegates to the Human Resources Director with the approval of the
            City Attorney to settle grievances under labor memoranda of understanding from $50,000 to
            $100,000; and to update and modernize other provisions concerning claims and lawsuits.
            Supervisor Mandelman, seconded by Supervisor Sherrill, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED, AN
            AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING NEW TITLE, on Page 1, Line 1, by adding ‘, Business and Tax
            Regulations’, and changing ‘Code’ to ‘Codes’, Line 3, by adding ‘and Business and Tax Regulations’, and
            changing ‘Code’ to ‘Codes’; on Page 12, Lines 15-16, by adding ‘Section 2. Article 6 of the Business and
