            President Mandelman requested File Nos. 260907, 260908, 260909, and 260910 be called together.


260907 [Hearing - Appeal of Tentative Parcel Map Approval - 2722-2724 Folsom Street]
            Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of Public Works, dated August 6, 2026,
            approving a Tentative Parcel Map for a two-unit condominium conversion project at 2722-2724 Folsom
            Street, Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 3641, Lot No. 002. (District 9) (Appellant: Samuel Ray of Colla
            & Ray LLP, on behalf of Michael J. Turon, Lauren R. Turon, and Douglas A. Greenberg) (Filed:
            August 14, 2026) (Clerk of the Board)
            President Mandelman opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any individual wished to
            address the Board regarding the tentative parcel map appeal for the project at 2722-2724 Folsom
            Street. Samuel Ray (on behalf of the Appellant/Project Sponsor) provided an overview of the appeal,
            responded to questions raised throughout the discussion, and further requested the Board to approve
            the appeal. There were no speakers in support of the appeal. Elias French (Public Works) and Corey
            Teague (Planning Department) provided an overview of the decision of Public Works and responded
            to questions raised throughout the discussion. There were no speakers in opposition to the appeal.
            Samuel Ray (on behalf of the Appellant/Project Sponsor) provided a rebuttal and further requested
            the Board to approve the appeal. There were no other speakers. President Mandelman closed public
            comment and declared the public hearing heard and filed.
