            Motion authorizing preparation of written Proponent and Opponent ballot arguments and rebuttal
            ballot arguments for submittal to the voters for the November 3, 2026, Consolidated General Election.

            Supervisor Chan, seconded by Supervisor Mahmood, moved that this Motion be AMENDED, AN
