            Gregg Hart, Coastal Resources: California Coastal Sanctuary: Tidelands and Submerged Lands: Oil
            and Gas Development, to preserve the state’s coastline, safeguard the economy, protect marine
            environments and public health, and advance California’s climate resilience goals.
            Supervisor Mandelman requested to be added as a co-sponsor.
