SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Without objection, Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order for the Board of Supervisors was suspended to
            grant privilege of the floor to the following guest(s).


            Supervisor Wong introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Lycee Francais de
            San Francisco, accepted by their Head of School, Emmanuel Texier, in honor of Bastille Day and in
            recognition of their accomplishments providing academic excellence through an authentic French
            and International education.

            Supervisor Walton introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Antonio Garcia in
            honor of Disability Pride Month and in recognition of his admirable accomplishments serving his
            community and providing supportive security services.

            Supervisor Chen introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the New Mission
            Terrace Improvement Association, accepted by David Hooper, President, in recognition of their
            accomplishments, advocacy, and continued community support.

            President Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Frameline,
            accepted by Allegra Madsen, Executive Director, in recognition of their accomplishments as a
            nonprofit media arts organization dedicated to the development, exhibition distribution and
            preservation of LGBTQ+ cinema and independent queer cinema.
