SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Without objection, Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order for the Board of Supervisors was suspended to
            grant privilege of the floor to the following guest(s).


            President Mandelman introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Rob Reiter, City
            Hall Building Manager (Building Management, Real Estate Division), on the occasion of his
            retirement after more than 20 years with the City and County of San Francisco and in recognition of
            his exceptional public service. Supervisors Walton and Dorsey shared in this commendation. Sally
            Oerth, Director (Real Estate Division), provided additional commending remarks.

            Supervisor Sherrill introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Keith Wicker and
            Lloyd Haddad, Co-Owners (Capricorn Framing and Walter Adams Framing) in honor of Pride Month
            and in recognition of their community contributions as a District 2 small business merchant.

            Supervisor Wong introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Vets Supporting,
            accepted by Jason Chittavong and Will Cuevas, in honor of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
            Awareness Month and in recognition of their accomplishments and continued advocacy for veterans.

            Supervisor Dorsey introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Gabbie Listana,
            District 6 Commissioner (Youth Commission), in honor of Pride Month and in recognition of her
            accomplishments and continued advocacy for the youth of San Francisco. Supervisors Melgar and
            Mandelman shared in this commendation. Joy Zhan, Director (Youth Commission), provided
            additional commending remarks.
