APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
            President Mandelman inquired whether a Member of the Board had any corrections to the
            May 19, 2026, Regular Board Meeting, as presented. There were no corrections requested from any
            Member of the Board.
            Supervisor Chen, seconded by Supervisor Sherrill, moved to approve the May 19, 2026, Regular Board
            Meeting Minutes, as presented. The motion carried by the following vote, following general public
            comment:
                 Ayes: 10 - Chan, Chen, Dorsey, Mahmood, Mandelman, Melgar, Sauter, Sherrill, Walton, Wong
                 Excused: 1 - Fielder
