       Transportation Commission - Public Transit Operating Purposes - $200,000,000 -
       June 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.]
            Hearing of the Board of Supervisors sitting as a Committee of the Whole on June 16, 2026, at 3:00
            p.m., to hold a public hearing to consider the Resolution authorizing the Director of Transportation to
            enter into a loan agreement with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission as lender, for San
            Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency public transit operating purposes, up to a maximum
            principal amount of $200,000,000, for a 12 year term from July 1, 2026, through June 3, 2038,
            pursuant to Assembly Bill No. 117 (File No. 260624); scheduled pursuant to Motion No. M26-050
            (File No. 260652), approved on June 9, 2026. (Clerk of the Board)
            President Mandelman opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any individual wished to
            address the Committee of the Whole relating to the Loan Agreement with the Metropolitan
            Transportation Commission (File Nos. 260653 and 260624). Judson True (Municipal Transportation
            Agency) and Nicolas Menard (Office of the Budget and Legislative Analyst) provided an overview of
            the Loan Agreement and answered questions raised throughout the discussion. There were no other
            speakers. The President closed public comment, declared the matter heard and filed, adjourned as
            the Committee of the Whole, and reconvened as the Board of Supervisors.

            Hearing of the Board of Supervisors sitting as a Committee of the Whole on June 16, 2026, at 3:00
            p.m., to consider the Department of Public Health's budget reducing medical and health care
            services provided by the City and County of San Francisco for Fiscal Years (FYs) 2026-2027 and
            2027-2028, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code, Section 1442.5(a) (The Beilenson Act).

            President Mandelman opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any member of the
            public wished to address the Committee of the Whole relating to the Department of Public Health’s
            budget reducing medical and health care services (File No. 260565). Daniel Tsai, Director
            (Department of Public Health), provided an overview of the proposed reductions of medical and
            health care services and answered questions raised throughout the discussion. Omar Fallan;
