Francisco Da Costa; Michael Wright; Sala-Haquekyah Chandler; Starchild; spoke on various concerns relating to the hearing matter and the proposed continuance. The President declared public comment closed on the continuance, adjourned as the Committee of the Whole, and reconvened as the Board of Supervisors. Supervisor Walton, seconded by Supervisor Chen, moved that this Hearing be CONTINUED to the Board of Supervisors meeting of November 10, 2026. The motion carried by the following vote:
