            Ordinance appropriating $1,500,000 from the General Reserve to the Public Defender to support the
            projected increases in salaries and fringe benefit costs in Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026; this Ordinance
            requires a two-thirds approval vote of all members of the Board of Supervisors, pursuant to Charter,
            Section 9.113(c).
