            Closed Session for the Board of Supervisors to convene on April 28, 2026, pursuant to California

            The Board recessed at the hour of 4:30 p.m. to convene in closed session pursuant to Motion No.
            M26-040 (File No. 260410), approved on April 21, 2026.

            The following Supervisors were noted present: Supervisors Chan, Chen, Dorsey, Mahmood,
            Mandelman, Melgar, Sauter, Sherrill, Walton, and Wong.

            Persons in attendance: David Chiu, City Attorney, Yvonne Mere, Chief Deputy City Attorney, and

260431 [Consolidation of Elections Scheduled for June 2, 2026]
            Sponsor: Mandelman
            Resolution consolidating the following elections, all of which will be held on June 2, 2026: the State of
            California’s Direct Primary Election; the City and County of San Francisco Municipal Election; the
            San Francisco Unified School District Board of Education Election; and the City and County of San
            Francisco’s Special Bond Election; and providing that the election precincts, voting places, and
            officers for these elections shall be the same as for the Statewide Direct Primary Election.
