Jennifer Hayes, John di Bene, and Bill Hammett (Project Sponsors) provided an overview of the project, responded to questions raised throughout the discussion, and further requested the Board to uphold the decision of the Planning Commission. There were no speakers in support of the project and in opposition to the appeal. Donald David (Appellant) provided a rebuttal and further requested the Board to approve the appeal.
