 Hearing on the disclosure responsibilities of public officials under federal securities law.
 Mark Blake (City Attorney's Office) and John McNally and Sean Tierney (consulting attorneys from
 Hawkins, Delafield and Wood) provided an overview of the responsibilities under federal securities
 law. The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board.
 There were no speakers. The President declared the public hearing heard and closed.
