Supervisor Cohen introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to former Executive Director, Fred Blackwell, of the Redevelopment Agency, in recognition of his 5 years of service. Supervisors Avalos, Campos, and Mirkarimi shared in this recognition. Supervisor Kim introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the friends and family of the late Paul Gilman in recognition of his accomplishments and community support.
