110913 [Gift Acceptance - Powell Street Promenade]
 Sponsor: Kim
 Resolution acknowledging and accepting the Union Square Business Improvement District’s gift of
 the Powell Street Promenade on Powell Street, between Geary Boulevard and Ellis Street, and
 dedicating these improvements to public use.

 of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the friends and family of the following
 honoree. The motion carried by the following vote:
 Ayes: 11 - Avalos, Campos, Chiu, Chu, Cohen, Elsbernd, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Mirkarimi, Wiener
 Supervisor Kim introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the friends and
 family of the late Eric Ivan Fructuoso in recognition of his accomplishments and community
 support. Supervisors Mirkarimi and Avalos shared in this recognition.
