 Resolution approving and authorizing the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San
 Francisco to execute a lease of land at 5800 Third Street, Lot No. 3, northwest corner of the larger
 5800 Third Street site, Assessor’s Block No. 5431A, Lot No. 042 with Bayview Supportive Housing,
 LLC, a California limited liability company, for a term of 55 years for the purpose of developing

Board of Supervisors Sitting as a Committee of the Whole

110515 [Public Hearing - Ground Lease Agreement - 1075 LeConte Avenue, Commonly
 Known as 6600 Third Street]
 Sponsor: Cohen
 Public hearing to consider the proposal of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency to enter into
 a Ground Lease Agreement and lease the land located at 1075 Le Conte Avenue, Assessor’s
 Parcel No. 009-5476, commonly known as 6600 Third Street (Property), to Third & LeConte
 Associates, LP, pursuant to the provisions of the California Community Redevelopment Law
 Section 33433.
 The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Committee
 of the Whole. Supervisor Cohen provided an overview and introduced Olson Lee (Redevelopment
 Agency) who provided additional details on the proposed resolutions. Ace Washington; Edmond
 Juicye; Walter Paulson; Douglas Yep; expressed various concerns. There were no other speakers.
 The President declared public comment closed and adjourned as the Committee of the Whole,
 reconvening as the Board of Supervisors.
