 Sectional Map HT07 of the Zoning Map of the City and County of San Francisco to: rezone the
 property located at 2301 Market Street on the corner of Market and Noe Streets from a 50-X height
 and bulk limit to a 65-X height and bulk limit; making environmental findings and findings of
 consistence with the General Plan and priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
