Board of Supervisors Meeting Minutes 3/15/2011 Members Present: John Avalos, David Chiu, Carmen Chu, Sean Elsbernd, Mark Farrell, Jane Kim, Eric Mar, and Scott Wiener ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The meeting was called to order at 2:07 p.m. On the call of the roll, Supervisors Campos, Cohen, and Mirkarimi were noted absent. There was a quorum. Supervisors Campos, Cohen, and Mirkarimi Excused from Voting Supervisor Avalos, seconded by Supervisor Farrell, moved that Supervisors Campos, Cohen, and Mirkarimi be excused from voting. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 8 - Avalos, Chiu, Chu, Elsbernd, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Wiener Excused: 3 - Campos, Cohen, Mirkarimi AGENDA CHANGES There were none. COMMITTEE REPORT Recommendation of the Budget and Finance Sub-Committee 110239 [Redevelopment Agency FY2010-2011 Budget Amendment] Sponsor: Mayor Resolution approving an amendment to the budget of the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco for FY2010-2011 Budget to: (1) authorize an additional expenditure in an amount not to exceed $75,440,000; and (2) approve the issuance by the Redevelopment Agency of Bonds in an additional principal amount not to exceed $70,000,000 to finance a portion of redevelopment activities described in the approved Budget, as amended, for FY2010-2011. (Fiscal Impact.)
