(Appellant: Gregory Stepanicich, on behalf of the East Bay Regional Park District.) (Filed February 14, 2011; Companion to File Nos. 110203, 110204, 110205.) The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board relating to the appeal. Ted Radosevich (Appellant) provided an overview of the appeal and further requested the Board to approve the appeal. There were no speakers in support of the appeal. Chris Kern (Planning Department) provided an overview of the decision of the Planning Department. Dan Wade (SFPUC) provided an overview of the project and further requested the Board to uphold the decision of the Planning Commission. Male Speaker spoke in support of the project and in opposition to the appeal. Ted Radosevich (Appellant) indicated there was no rebuttal. There were no other speakers.
