Board of Supervisors Sitting as a Committee of the Whole

110197 [Hearing - Charter Amendment - Compensation of Board of Education Members]
 Sponsors: Kim; Campos, Mar, Avalos and Chiu
 Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the proposed Charter Amendments to amend the
 Charter of the City and County of San Francisco by amending Section 8.100, regarding
 compensation for members of the Board of Education.
 The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Committee
 of the Whole relating to File Nos. 101493 and 110181. Supervisor Kim provided an overview of the
 proposed charter amendments. Ray Hartz; Male Speaker; Male Speaker; Female Speaker;
 expressed various concerns relating to the proposed charter amendment. There were no other
 speakers. The President declared public comment closed and adjourned as the Committee of the
 Whole, reconvening as the Board of Supervisors.
