 Sponsor: Mayor
 Resolution establishing a property-based business improvement district to be known as the “Civic
 Center Community Benefit District,” ordering the levy and collection of assessments against
 property located in that district for ten years commencing with FY2011-2012, subject to conditions
 as specified, and making environmental findings.
 Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board, informed the Board of Supervisors that the returned weighted

SPECIAL ORDER 3:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations

Privilege of the Floor
 Supervisor Alioto-Pier, seconded by Supervisor Dufty, moved to suspend Rule 4.37 of the Rules of
 Order of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion
 carried by the following vote:
 Ayes: 11 - Alioto-Pier, Avalos, Campos, Chiu, Chu, Daly, Dufty, Elsbernd, Mar, Maxwell, Mirkarimi
 Supervisor Alioto-Pier introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Allison Davis
 in recognition of her accomplishments and continued community support.

 President Chiu presented a Certificate of Honor to Supervisor Alioto-Pier in recognition for her
 distinguished service as Member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Supervisors
 Elsbernd, Chu, Maxwell, Campos, Mirkarimi, Avalos, and Mar shared in her commendation.

 President Chiu presented a Certificate of Honor to Supervisor Daly in recognition for his
 distinguished service as Member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Supervisors Avalos,
 Mar, Campos, Mirkarimi, Chu, and Maxwell shared in his commendation.

 President Chiu presented a Certificate of Honor to Supervisor Dufty in recognition for his
 distinguished service as Member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Supervisors
 Campos, Alioto-Pier, Maxwell, Mar, Chu, Avalos, Mirkarimi, and Elsbernd shared in his
 commendation.

 President Chiu presented a Certificate of Honor to Supervisor Maxwell in recognition for her
 distinguished service as Member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Supervisors Dufty,
 Alioto-Pier, Elsbernd, Campos, Mar, Avalos, Mirkarimi, and Chu shared in her commendation.

 Privilege of the floor was granted to Dennis Herrera, City Attorney, who shared in the
 commendations for the departing Supervisors.
