 Resolution authorizing the Sheriff’s Department to retroactively apply for, accept, and expend
 $599,298 in funds from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, through the Second Chance Act Prisoner
 Reentry Initiative; the Keystone Project will strive to increase public safety and reduce recidivism
 among offenders with co-occurring disorders in the City and County of San Francisco, and waiving
 any indirect costs.
