 Municipal Finance Authority to Acquire the Public Utilities Commission Building]
 Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the proposed Resolution approving the issuance of
 revenue bonds by the California Municipal Finance Authority for the purposes of financing or
 refinancing the acquisition of the State office buildings known as the Public Utilities Commission
 Building and/or the San Francisco Civic Center and certain other matters pertaining thereto.
 The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board
 relating to the issuance of revenue bonds as referenced in File No. 100549. Supervisor Daly
 provided an overview of the issuance of revenue bonds. Nadia Sesay (Office of Public Finance)
 and Scott Sallers provided additional details of the issuance of revenue bonds. There were no
 other speakers. The President declared public comment closed and adjourned as the Committee
 of the Whole, reconvening as the Board of Supervisors.
