 Health and Safety Code Section 33445]
 Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the proposed Resolution making certain findings
 pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33445 for the use of tax increment funds for the
 completion of construction documents, capital improvement costs and construction costs for the
 Newcomb Avenue Model Block Streetscape Improvements on the 1700 block of Newcomb Avenue
 in the Bayview Hunter's Point Redevelopment Project Area. (Clerk of the Board)
 The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board
 relating to proposed resolution regarding streetscape improvements as referenced in File No.
 100374. Lila Hussain (Redevelopment Agency) provided an overview of the project. Male
 Speaker spoke expressing various concerns. Francisco Da Costa spoke expressing various
 concerns. Female Speaker spoke expressing support for the project. Male Speaker spoke
 expressing various concerns. There were no other speakers. The President declared public
 comment closed and adjourned as the Committee of the Whole, reconvening as the Board of
 Supervisors.
