 Ordinance accepting an irrevocable offer for a sewer main; dedicating said improvements for public
 use; accepting a sewer main on Poppy Lane for maintenance and liability purposes; rescinding

 Supervisor Chu, seconded by Supervisor Mar, moved to suspend Rule 4.37 of the Rules of Order of
 the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
 the following vote:

 Supervisor Chu introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Merle Goldstone in
 recognition of her years of service upon her retirement and her continued community support.
 Supervisors Dufty, Chiu, Mirkarimi and Mar spoke joining in this presentation.

 Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Steven Gong in
 recognition of their 30 year anniversary, the accomplishments, and continued community support of
 the Center for Asian American Media. Supervisor Chiu spoke joining in this presentation.
