 Through a Disposition and Development Agreement]
 Sponsors: Mirkarimi; Mar
 Hearing to consider the Proposed Disposition and Development Agreement between the
 Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco and MSPDI, Turk LLC., for the
 disposition of land at 1345 Turk Street, pursuant to the provisions of the California Community
 Redevelopment Law Section 33433.
 Supervisor Mar requested to be added as a co-sponsor.

 The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board
 relating Redevelopment Agency Sales of Land at 1345 Turk Street referenced in File No. 100121.
 Olson Lee (Redevelopment Agency) provided an overview of the project and responded to
 questions raised throughout the discussion. Diane Smith spoke expressing concerns relating to
 certificate holders. Louise Von spoke expressing concerns relating to public housing. Richard
 Robinson spoke expressing various concerns. Ace Washington spoke expressing concerns
 relating to certificate holders. There were no other speakers. The President declared public
 comment closed and adjourned as the Committee of the Whole, reconvening as the Board of
 Supervisors.
