 Ordinance appropriating $305,000,000 of General Obligation Bond Proceeds approved by voters
 under Proposition A in the November 2008 election authorizing the second issuance of general
 obligation bonds for the building or rebuilding and earthquake safety improvement of the San
 Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center in the Department of Public Health for
 FY2009-2010.
 PASSED ON FIRST READING by the following vote:
