(Supervisor Maxwell dissented in Committee.) Supervisor Mar, seconded by Supervisor Elsbernd, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED, AN AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING NEW TITLE. The motion carried by the following vote:
