Supervisor Mirkarimi, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved that this Motion be AMENDED, AN AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING NEW TITLE. The motion carried by the following vote:
  - Ayes: Avalos, Campos, Chiu, Chu, Dufty, Elsbernd, Mar, Maxwell, Mirkarimi
  - Noes: Daly
  - Excused: Alioto-Pier
