 Motion concurring in the Mayor's January 19, 2010, Proclamation of Local Emergency, and in the
 actions taken to meet the emergency.

 Supervisor Mirkarimi, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved that this Motion be AMENDED, AN
 AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING NEW TITLE. The motion carried by the following vote:
