 Motion directing the Clerk of the Board to prepare findings relating to proposed Conditional Use
 Application No. 2009.0639C on property located at 1969 California Street, for action by the Board

 Supervisor Mirkarimi, seconded by Supervisor Maxwell, moved that this Motion be CONTINUED to
 January 12, 2010. The motion carried by the following vote:
