            Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the Planning Commission's decision, dated April
            24, 2014, certification of a Final Environmental Impact Report identified as Planning Case Nos.
            2007.1275E and 2007.1275EM, through its Motion Nos. 19121 and 19122, for the proposed 2004
            and 2009 Housing Element. (Appellant: Kathryn R. Devincenzi, on behalf of Pacific Heights
            Residents Association, Cow Hollow Association, Francisco Heights Civic Association, Greater
            West Portal Neighborhood Association, Jordan Park Improvement Association, Lakeshore Acres
            Improvement Club, Laurel Heights Improvement Association of San Francisco, Inc., Marina-Cow
            Hollow Neighbors and Merchants, Miraloma Park Improvement Club, Presidio Heights Association
            of Neighbors, St. Francis Homes Association, Sunset-Parkside Education and Action Committee,
            Inc., and Westwood Highlands Association, associated in the unincorporated association known
            as San Franciscans For Livable Neighborhoods) (Filed May 22, 2014). (Clerk of the Board)
            The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board.
            Kathryn Devincenzi (Appellant) provided an overview of the appeal and further requested the
            Board to approve the appeal. Rose Hilson; Hiroshi Fukuda; John Bardis, former Member of the
            Board of Supervisors; spoke in support of the appeal. John Rahaim, Director, Planning
            Department, and Tanya Sheyner (Planning Department) provided an overview of the housing
            element and the certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report. There were no speakers in
            support of the project and in opposition to the appeal. Kathryn Devincenzi (Appellant) provided a
            rebuttal and further requested the Board to approve the appeal. There were no other speakers.
            The President declared the public hearing closed.

            Hearing to consider objections to a report of assessment costs submitted by the Director of Public
            Works for sidewalk and curb repairs through the Sidewalk Inspection and Repair Program ordered
            to be performed by said Director pursuant to Public Works Code, Sections 707 and 707.1, the
            costs thereof having been paid for out of a revolving fund. (Clerk of the Board)
            The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board
            relating to assessments as referenced in File No. 130585. Robert Quan (Department of Public
            Works) provided an overview of the assessments. Tom Chinn (520-524 Filbert Street); Diana Chiu
            (240 Linden Street); Tom Medin (2179-12th Street); Jaclyn Thompson (83 Manchester Street);
            Tania Clemens (1567-42nd Avenue); Gale Melton (225-227 Andover Street); R P Gordon (90
            Stanton Street); Mark (329 Quintara Street); John Plant (1020 Cortland Avenue); Marta Menendez
            (362 Athens Street); Jackie Olson (700 Avalon Avenue); Mark Abraham (560 Vienna Street);
            Hamed Posada (1108 Brazil Avenue); spoke objecting to the proposed assessments. There were
            no other speakers. The President declared public comment closed, adjourned as the Committee
            of the Whole, and reconvened as the Board of Supervisors.
