(Appellant: James Birkelund, on behalf of Livable City, the San Francisco Transit Riders Union, and Mario Tanev) (Filed May 15, 2014). (Clerk of the Board) The President inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board. James Birkelund and Mario Tanev (Appellants) provided an overview of the appeal, responded to questions raised throughout the discussion, and further requested the Board to approve the appeal.
