 Supervisor Chiu, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED to (1)
 apply the prohibition on solicitations to all City employees and officers required to file Statements of
 Economic Interest, regardless of their departments or job duties, and (2) limit the definition of "has
